How do I place an order?

How does my client qualify for a gift?

Your annual billings for a client should be greater than:

  • Tier 1: $500K+
  • Tier 2: $200K+
  • Tier 3: $50K+

How do I pay?

You do not need to pay. ArentFox Schiff has already purchased these gifts. You can select the gift and where it will be shipped.

How quickly will my client receive the gift?

Orders are processed within a few business days and gifts are shipped ground by FedEx to your client’s home or work address.

What if I work on a client team and want to send that client a gift?

Partners should coordinate internally on any gift-giving to shared clients so clients do not receive multiple gifts.

Is my order placed once I submit the request?

Almost. Marketing will provide a confirmation email once the order is officially in process.

How long will it take to re-stock inventory of a certain item if it shows out of stock?

Re-ordering of gifts can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on the item.
