VIP Client Gift Program Information

The VIP Client Gift Program is back. Staying connected with clients has never been more important and sending a gift is a great way to show you appreciate them and value their business. Going forward, Partners will be able to request high-end, ArentFox Schiff-branded gifts for key clients on this website.

Please Note:

  1. No more than 2 VIP Client Gifts, per Partner per quarter, should be sent. These gifts are intended for key client contacts only (not for all clients).
  2. For gifts to arrive before the holiday season, orders need to be placed no later than Friday, December 8th. 
  3. Only VIP Client Gifts are covered by the firm. Any other client gifts you purchase are not eligible for reimbursement.
  4. All VIP Client Gift orders need to be confirmed by Marketing. Please do not promise gifts to clients and/or contacts until you receive approval from Marketing.
  5. Tiers: For clients to qualify for a VIP Client Gift, your annual billings for a client should be greater than:

    • Tier 1: $500K+

    • Tier 2: $200K+

    • Tier 3: $50K+

How do I place an order?

How does my client qualify for a gift?

Your annual billings for a client should be greater than:

  • Tier 1: $500K+
  • Tier 2: $200K+
  • Tier 3: $50K+

How do I pay?

You do not need to pay. ArentFox Schiff has already purchased these gifts. You can select the gift and where it will be shipped.

How quickly will my client receive the gift?

Orders are processed within a few business days and gifts are shipped ground by FedEx to your client’s home or work address.

What if I work on a client team and want to send that client a gift?

Partners should coordinate internally on any gift-giving to shared clients so clients do not receive multiple gifts.

Is my order placed once I submit the request?

Almost. Marketing will provide a confirmation email once the order is officially in process.

How long will it take to re-stock inventory of a certain item if it shows out of stock?

Re-ordering of gifts can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on the item.
